TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT:

The prices of the goods in the Online Shop and in the order form are quoted in euros including VAT. The Goods shall be sold to the Buyer at the prices in force in the online shop at the time of placing the order. Payment for purchases must be made no later than 2 working days after the order has been placed.

You can pay by bank transfer to our account:

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email immediately. In this email you will see the items you have ordered. You will receive an invoice and the details you need to make the order. You will be able to make the bank transfer at your convenience, but no later than 2 working days. If your order is not paid within 2 working days, the goods will be returned to the warehouse.

OFFICE PICK-UP:

You can pick up your goods at the office I – V 9:00 – 18:00. The goods can be collected within 3 working days of order confirmation. Office: 21 Lazdynų str., room 103, Vilnius.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS:

Goods bought online that are not of good quality can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to the buyer.

The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:

– the returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition;
– the product must be undamaged by the buyer;
– the product must be unused and in good condition (labels and protective films intact, etc.);
– the returned product must be in the same condition as when received by the buyer – any gifts received in exchange for the purchase must also be returned.

If the above conditions are met, you should fill in the return request form and send it to [email protected].

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange the return details.

Once we have received the goods and are satisfied that they are unused, we will refund your money to your nominated account within 3 days.

Defective goods are returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by the Minister of Economy by Order No 217 of 29 June 2001 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods”.
Please be informed that in the event of a disputable situation, buyers should first of all address the seller, and in the event of a failure to resolve the dispute, they have the right to apply to an electronic platform for resolving consumer disputes at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show.

PERSONAL DATA:

By clicking on the “Order” button, the Buyer confirms that he/she and his/her representatives agree to provide the Seller with his/her personal data provided in the registration form.

We collect personal data from our customers in order to provide you with the services we provide and to carry out the activities related to them:

  • to share news with you that is useful and relevant to you;
  • keep you informed about our events, seminars and conferences;
  • to share with you information about our training courses;
  • provide you with offers and discounts;
  • be able to provide you with the information you need, if necessary, so that we have a history of cooperation and can answer any questions you may have;
  • to fulfil your orders placed in the online shop, by phone or email;
  • for direct marketing purposes, i.e. to provide offers, promotions, discounts;
  • for the performance of direct functions and contracts by employees or persons related to the company (i.e. entities that provide services to the company under contracts).

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties.

Personal data shall not be kept for longer than the purposes of processing require. The data subject shall be informed of the possibility to request the erasure of his or her data at any time by contacting the website administration.

This obligation arises from the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation). Information may be disclosed to other parties if it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract or for other lawful reasons. Information may also be disclosed to other parties at your request or in connection with your contractual obligations to other parties.

With the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) on 25 May 2018 You will also have the right to data portability and the right to have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”) or to request restriction of processing.
